I just upgraded from Delphi 5 C/S Enterprise and I cannot get Delphi 2010 to run on VISTA LAPTOP as Administrator.
The Following error message appeared
But I got bds.exe " BAD IMAGE"
c:\windows\system32\rtl140.bpl is missing or corrupted.
Any help is always appreciated
