Is there any utility to automate the process of hand-coding the resource file, then compiling it with BRCC32 and then including the ${R YourProject.Res} in the project source file?
I find the process a tad too arduous. The only reason I am using a manifest is so that my app is Vista UAC compatible (it copies files to the Program Files folder). Anyone?
