If I run dcc32.exe I get:
C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\7.0\bin>dcc32
Command line tools are not supported in the trial version.
This is the full version and is licensed. I run Rad Studio 2010 and it
runs and compiles just fine.
I did have a problem installing the latest Delphi patch, it partially
failed and now I can't re-apply it.
